Money Box: Arrangements will be made with the school's financial secretary to use the school's petty cash so that there is change available for costumers. An ample supply of pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, dollar bills, fives, tens, and a few twenties should be available to distribute change. After the book fair is over the librarian will take the amount of money that was taken from petty cash and resupply it.
Securing the Money Box: The money box will be locked in the school safe. The night of family night, the money will be locked in one of the library office drawers.
